Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of 7-10 cleaners for the disinfection and Janitorial services division
2. Prepare daily operation plan, deployment and monitoring on site
3. Acquiring customer feedback report after job completion
4. Create training manual and conduct regular training programs for existing team members and new recruits
5. Work different shifts including evenings and weekends according to customer preference
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly detailed reports and maintain records
7. Approach new customers daily
8. Manage sales target
9. Capture quality pictures and videos of all jobs for reports, social media and other marketing initiatives
10. Drive growth in the division
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 5 years work experience in Janitorial and Cleaning Services. (Preferably experienced in GCC)
- Should have strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) & Hindi (speaking). Other Languages will be an added advantage, especially Arabic.
- Should be a graduate (Any Degree)
- Courses in hospitality, cleaning or any related industry will be an added advantage
- Young and energetic not older than 40 years
- Computer literate; with all MS office
- Should hold Driving license (Any GCC)
