A brief history of the group (Last 100 Years)
The foundation of the KGK Group was laid in the year 1905, when Shri Keshrimalji Kothari started trading in coloured gemstones simultaneously from India and Burma. Assisted by his son, Shri Ghisilalji Kothari, the business expanded from Jaipur to Chennai, and then to Hongkong. By the 1970s with new leadership at the helm of the group the business operations diversified into diamonds and to new global locations such as USA, Thailand, and Japan.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take care of Raw Material Inventory from local supplier and from overseas clients, repair, return, club all bag together in Memo Wise. Take care of Melting process. Arrange inventory for exhibitions. Physical goods stock checking on monthly basis.

  • Prepare the shipment documents accordingly to client wise and Coordinating with freight forwarder or carriers on shipping arrangement, rates and other related documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Jewelry Inventory Management and shipping document process.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Specially in Excel)
  • Problem solving
  • Data Analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills and Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Graduation or relevant field
