Jewelry Inventory Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor the Inventory aging and Identify the Non-moving inventory and find out the way to clear it.
- Maintain the inventory level to stations
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use software to monitor and Control the inventory in various aspects.
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management
- Collaborate with Stations inventory team and other staff to ensure the controlling as per company policy.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues on weekly basis.
- Jewelry Product knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Jewelry Inventory Management or similar position
- Good in Microsoft Office (Specially in Excel)
- Problem solving
- Data Analysis
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills and Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Graduation or relevant field
