Reporting directly to the Country Manager; dealing with planning of warehousing operations, administration and general management issues, which includes the day-to-day supervision of staff and the smooth and efficient control and running of the Branch Operations.
Key Duties :
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders that are done in accordance with the company policies.
- Fulfilling all the objectives and directions from the Headquarters.
- Keeping the stock control system up to date.
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
- Recruiting and training of new warehouse employees.
- Monitoring the performance and progress of department
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
- Prepare and implement the necessary SOP for warehouse operations for time to time.
- Maintain good housekeeping / cleanliness in warehouse
- Prepare monthly cycle count and annual stock-take process and documentation.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customer according to delivery plan
