- Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Irrigation, detailed IFC, Shop and Setting out drawings for the project.
- Prepare Landscape Designs, Irrigation Layouts and As-built drawing as per project specification.
- Review and analyze Landscape Designs, Landscape Cross Sections and Landscape Plant Data.
- Provide and set a Layout for working areas.
- Understand the manual concepts and theories of work.
- Prepare designs and drawing using Auto CAD.
- Review plans, designs and drawings before implementation.
- Coordinate with other departments for drawing related issues.
- Prepare the drawings with high precision and as per scale

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Construction related field.
- Auto CAD Certification

- Excellent communication skills are required (English).

Civil Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze landscape, potential risks, opportunities, and barriers.
- Manage repairs and maintenance for damage and aging structures.
- Civil engineer who have worked in landscaping project such as building , villas etc.

- Project Management - Members of this profession need to lead a project from the idealization stage through drafting to construction and completion. Without this, there will be delays and budget overages.
- Finance - Knowledge of cost analysis for materials and labor is crucial for staying on budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineers

Irrigation Supervisor
Roles and Responsibilities
- Irrigation supervisor for landscape project.
- The Irrigation Supervisor will carry out activities related to Nursery operations. Under the direction of the Nursery Manager or designate.
- Repair and maintenance of Nursery production equipment, buildings, growing compound, pivot irrigation and other equipment.
- Operate basic equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position which includes; standing for lengthy periods of time, walking, repetitive lifting, (light to medium weight objects), and performing repetitive movements.
- Education and training in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Irrigation Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervises for installation of irrigation systems, equipment and instruments.
- Plans and directs construction of water distribution, drainage and irrigation systems.
- Instructs and advises the irrigation team on the implementation and execution of the various irrigation and water related projects as per the requirements and specifications.
- Analyzes job requirements to ensure that the most appropriate materials and manpower are utilized.
- Maintains and updates the technical library with the relevant brochures and catalogs of all adopted and potential items.
- Assists the procurement department in maintaining their material procurement database.
- Studies Project specification to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications.
- Reviews proposals and submitting to plan and ensure that the executed work will be in line with project requirements.
- Prepares project schedules and feasibly manages all the irrigation works processes.
- Generates all the required reports, forms and material logs to meet the Management approved plans.
- Attends site meetings as needed.
- Assists in the process of obtaining all client/consultant approvals on material/suppliers.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree Holder in Agriculture or Irrigation Engineering.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of Experience in the same field.
- Knowledge of Auto Cad. Proficient in MS Office programs

- Has good experience in Irrigation Maintenance works

Planning Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepares and submits Planning Data to be incorporated to the submitter of Project Progress Report (weekly/ monthly) in coordination with Project Manager and Site Quantity Surveyor
- Submits planning report with all resources such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, preparation of material procurement report in accordance with approved program and submit all required machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with Project Manager the effective implementation and monitoring of Look Ahead-Schedule including the project actual accomplishments.
- Reports to the Technical Manager and the Project Manager to clarify the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provides corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved
- Projects Planning and Scheduling production of plants, irrigation and soft scaping and all other related works
- Preparation and Updating Projects status, labor histogram and Financial forecast.
- Preparing cash flow and projects monitoring and update.
