Operation & Maintenance of fire fighting system.
Ensure effective MEP services; review the services drawings and highlight any maintenance related issues.
Monitoring of Operation and Maintenance of All Utilities / Infrastructure with Service Providers.
Lead the contracting process for building / mechanical / electrical.
Support Fire drills / evacuation drills.
KIP office electrical and AC operation maintenance.
Systems for Security and safety / fire prevention and protection services.
Supervise and monitor internal processes for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities of the premises including:.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be B.tech/B.E (Mechanical Engineer)
Should have minimum 5 Years experience as Facility Engineer.
Should be available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Should have good technical and analytical skills.
Should be BMS/CPM literate.
Autocad literacy is must
