Contract Executive & HR Executive (Malaysia)

 
Contract Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs.  

  • Preparation of tender submissions which includes checking tender documents and attending tender briefings.
  • Understand project and contractual documentation, obligations and requirements ensure timely submissions to clients and relevant departments.
  • Processing company and contractor claims as well as any other claims pertaining to projects
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, project performance reports, final accounts and management endorsement recommendations
  • Evaluating and compiling contractor and consultant performance evaluation
  • Updating cost analyses, cost plans and pricing schedule
  • Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the manager
The Ideal candidate should meet the following Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Willing to live & work in Malaysia for a contact period of 3 years (shared lodging provided)
  • Female late 20s early 30s with a valid passport 
  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Business Administration
  • 1 5 years of relevant working experience (Min 2 Years for Diploma)
  • excellent computer literacy in Ms Office Suite 
  • familiar with tender preparation and submission
  • strong planning and communication skills (English, written & spoken)
  • able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Tamil language.

HR Payroll Executive
 
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.
 
  • Bookkeeping, accounting and maintaining all forms of related records
  • Processing involuntary/voluntary deductions
  • Preparing accounting transactions, documents and weekly & monthly reports
  • Documenting and updating procedures
  • Reviewing time sheets for completeness and accuracy
  • Escalating payroll issues to supervisors and managers in cases problems arise
  • Performing data entry
  • Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the manager
The Ideal candidate should meet the following Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Willing to live & work in Malaysia for a contact period of 3 years (shared lodging provided)

  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in HR management, accounting or finance.
  • 1- 3 years of relevant working experience (Min 2 Years for Diploma)
  • excellent computer skills, experience with payroll software and MsOffice
  • Meticulous, thorough, accurate and systematic in the execution of duties
  • Good communication skills (Spoken & Written English) and interpersonal abilities
  • Discretion is a must
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Tamil language.
