Sales Coordinator (Kazakhstan)


Main Objective of Job

Control of Sales department of Kazakhstan location. Maintain and registering job inquiries  Review quotation, get confirmation and approval from Management, negotiating with Customers about requirements. Preparation all paperwork for the Tender.

                                                                               JOB SPECIFICATION
On the position of Regional Sales Coordinator establish person with higher or specialized secondary education.
Good communication skills and skills for all sales activities in the oil industry, the ability to perform various tasks, knowledge of the general principles of registration procedures for sales and management of computer data.
Not less than 2 years experience
English must be - fluent
 JOB DESCRIPTION 

  1. To prepare & maintain the invoices relating to Sale & rental items;
  2. To prepare & maintain the invoices against repairing charges;
  3. Assist with Tender Preparation;
  4. Managing & updating the data relating to Quotations, Invoices etc;
  5. Maintaining systematic filing of documents like Quotation, Invoices etc.;
  6. Preparing Reports & Power point presentation;
  7. Keep in touch with permanent clients, renegotiate contracts with them;
  8. High-quality preparation of documents;
  9. The development of personal and professional competence;
  10. Maintain contact with existing clients.
