Training Manager (Middle East)

Our client is a leading medical publishing company for the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced training professional to work from home within the Middle East.
Based in the Middle East - this role will look to develop relationships within organisations during the subscription period by providing training one to one and to large groups, ongoing customer support and communication to end-users – both face to face, via webex and via other online means. You will be required to design, develop, implement and deliver a series of regular training sessions including face to face, webex, and videos/e-training, with an extensive customer base, tracking the sales progress and assuming account development and implementation responsibilities once the sale has been made by the sales manager. Training will be to end-users, clinicians, librarians, trainers and customers / purchasers specific to company product.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree level Education or higher

• Proven track record of designing, planning and implementing customer training sessions, videos and events for online products within the publishing industry. 2-3+ years experience in doing this.

• Clear understanding of ways to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

• Confident and polished presenter / trainer with a positive and eager presence and gravitas to carry out one-to-one training sessions, but also to deliver group training events or presentations to large audiences of 100+ people during conferences or other events.

• Clear understanding of the typical sales process and issues sales managers face and the ability to collect and note commercial questions to hand to the sales teams for follow up.

• Languages desirable (English/Arabic)

• This position will involve a considerable amount of travel.

The salary will be between £40,000 and £45,000 GBP. No additional benefits will be provided.
