1. Responsible for the HR functions and shall be assisting with various administrative functions for the efficient running of the school.
2. Preparation of all documentation and maintaining all personnel files contracts, increments, resignations, terminations , end of year clearance activities, timely updates of EDB/ ERP, follow with Mandoup (expeditor) on MOE approvals and staff residence formalities.
3. Updating and developing Job Descriptions & Organizational Structure
4. Handling of personnel requests leave application, maintenance requests, HR support.
5. Compiling and Formulating of CBS policies and procedures, FAQ, student handbooks and disciplinary policies and ensuring that all staffs follow.
6. Recruitment of local staff and follow up on recruitment of overseas teachers.
7. Maintaining the manpower planning database, candidate database.
8. Conducts orientation for new staffs at CBS by Moodle software program and site visit.
Admin Responsibilities
1. Provides administrative support to Admin Coordinator in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
