Job Profile :-
- Independently Handling Stainless Steel Wire, Wire Rod & Long Product overseas Sales & export.
- Independent handling of Export & Marketing functions of the company for European Countries.
- Support & implement commercial policy, Responsibility of economical & market outlook for strategic plans.
- Identifying and exploring new export markets.
- Responsible for taking immediate action in emergency, in absence of Director
- Key responsible to ensure Customer satisfaction as from the part of supplier
- Developing International prospective clients base through various sources
- Handling international clients independently maintaining a live customer relationship
- Develop & increase sales through inquiry generation, follow-ups & updating revised offers, etc
- Fixing monthly sales target & live monitoring to achieve the fixed target.
- Responsible for monthly costing of saleable items
- Responsible for monthly planning with production department; product and efficiency wise
- Follow-up with production department to ensure timely delivery
- Supervision of Export Documentation, including pre shipment and post shipment documents
- Supervision of Export Bank documentation, follow-up of payment upto GR release.
- Coordination with shipping company for clearing, lading and shipment follow-up till destination
- Maintaining database for clients and sales
- Arrange and coordination of sales promotion through International Trade Fairs
- Independent handling of correspondence and negotiation of imports; machines, raw material, etc for existing plant
- Coordination with suppliers for production update, shipment, etc
- Coordination with shipping company for import clearance, High Seas, etc
- Coordination with DGFT representatives for advance license, EPCG license, and under EOU etc
- Coordination with Excise Department for installation and completion of import formalities
