Designation : Construction Manager / Engineer

Location : Doha  Qatar

Project : World Cup   Stadium ( Mep service )

Salary Range : 8000 QR  14000 QR / month

Roles & Responsibility :

• To act as the construction team leader controlling all aspects of MEP works including planning, commercial, engineering, documentation and handover.  
• Delegate work to the team and monitor the progress to completion.
• Ensure the works comply with the contract documents including drawings and specifications
• Ensure that the works are completed on time, notifying the client of any delays and valuing the costs associated with the delays in coordination with QS
• Prepare both progress and financial management reports throughout the project
• Maintain good relationship with the client and develop a professional team to establish the company as the contractor of choice.
• Liaise with main contractor for site works coordination.
• Manage subcontractor for smooth progress of works
• Attend progress meeting and take corrective action accordingly
• Design, formulate plans and supervise the construction activities for a specific site. 
• Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, Initiating action to prevent occurrence of non conformities
• Attend weekly review meetings and submit weekly progress reports to supervisors and consultants
• To ensure that regular quality assurance of all work on the project is carried out in accordance with the construction procedures.
• Responsibility of ensuring that all technical processes, tasks and functions are fully adhered and followed.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results.

Candidate's Current Location : Dubai  , Chennai  , Mumbai , Delhi are preferable as Direct interview's are held @ , 4th & 5th May in  Delhi , 11th & 12th May  Chennai , 18th , 19th May in Mumbai .
