Accountant:
- Candidate will have to shift to DUBAI
- Day-to-day accounting and maintenance of statutory records.
- Finalization of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts and its audit by statutory auditors of the company as per statutory requirements.
- Monitoring of cash flow, raising of short term and long term funds from the Banks/Financial Institutions and others and liaison with various agencies for ongoing financial requirements of the company.
- Attend to statutory annual audits.
- Establish internal checks and reporting systems for gathering information from Dubai branches.
- Exercise strict finance control on all departments by reduction of working cost and increasing companys profitability.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to the management every month.
- Carry out financial negotiations with vendors, associates & customers of our company.
- Any other task as assigned to you by the management from time to time.
- Prepare Bank finance proposals/projections as per companys requirements and achieving organizational goal. Any other task assigned to you by the management from time to time.
- Managing group company accounts and meetings whenever asked by Management.
- Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.
- Costing of projects carried out by the company, vendor negotiation, voucher daily payments, etc.
- Maintaining petty cash account and making a proper system.
- Invoicing to clients for job done and following up on payments receivable by the company.
- Maintaining a proper balance between debtors and creditors with MIS reporting to the Management.
