Production & Operations Manager for Ariana Television Network - Kabul (Afghanistan)

Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.

• Responsible for directing live programs.
• Responsible for planning, shooting, editing of certain events/projects.
• Conducts training for editors and cameramen.
• Responsible for designing sets for programs- including those for the NEWS section.
• Responsible for system upgrade for the Hardware in PCR.
• Responsible for system upgrade for the Hardware in NEWS section.
• Responsible for creating new satellite link designs.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of the studios.
• Heading Productions department.
• Director of all studios and manage all crews.

Supervisory skillset and expertise in studio lighting and camera set-up and utilization.

Supervisory skillset and expertise in video and audio editing.

Supervisory skillset and expertise in audio productions.

Ability to communicate in Dari (Preferable)

Some experience in production of dramas.

Must have strong imagination and creativity.

Willing to relocate to Kabul.
