AV Supervisor & Contract Managing AV Engineer for Adawliah Group of Companies, Kuwait

AV Supervisor

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.

• A supervisory position at a leading Oil Company in Kuwait as part of our audiovisual and video conferencing team that will provide all AV related services from design to operation and support.
• Assist in preparation of Technical reports, technical specifications & contract documents.
• Set up and commissioning of Video conferencing systems
• Set up, test, operate and/or support AV/VC equipment during high profile meetings.
• Working knowledge of all commonly used audiovisual equipment such as mics, mixers, processors, amplifiers, speakers, switchers, matrices, scalers, projectors, flat panel displays, VC codecs etc.
• Supervise and guide a team of technicians in operations and support of AV equipment

• Knowledge of AV, video conferencing, and control systems.
• A keen interest in new AV technologies and trends
• The ability to work with users in different levels of management, technical, and administrative positions.
• Manufacturer certifications from reputed AV companies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English

Contract Managing AV Engineer

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.

• Design, implement and support integrated AV systems, PA systems, video and audio conferencing systems and the infrastructure.
• Prepare Technical reports, technical specifications & contract documents.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures to develop video conferencing services
• Knowledge of multimedia systems such as in recording, streaming etc.
• Set up and commission Video conferencing services
• Set up, test, operate and/or support AV/VC equipment during high profile meetings.
• Impart end user training on AV/VC systems
• Lead a team of supervisors and technicians

• Thorough Knowledge of AV, video conferencing, control and lighting systems.
• A keen interest in new AV technologies and trends
• The ability to work with users in different levels of management, technical, and administrative positions.
• Manufacturer certifications from reputed AV companies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
