Heavy Equipment Supervisor for Al Safi Dairy Co., Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

To ensure Al Safi maintains efficient mechanical and electrical equipment through planned work shop schedules; effective and efficient maintenance techniques and by ascertaining the high quality output of team members in general maitenance.

DUTIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Asist in planning and organizing maitenance activities for Heavy Equipmenr and setting priorities according to necessity and magnitude of work.

* Develop an effective and efficient maitenance technique and supervise subordinate quality of work to enchance maintenance performance and minimize cost and time.

* Conduct periodic checks on Heavy Equipment maintenance in all utility operations to ensure these are in proper condition.This may include problem identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to minimize incidence of malfunction on items related to Heavy Equipment.

* Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate maintenance activities in order to execute the maintenance plans n a timely manner.

* Provide inspections on repairs to ensure district specifications and environmental agreements are adhered to

* Respond to emergencies and coordinate activites by directing the work of staff and utilizing resources to affect repair and ensure safety of the company.

* Nominate a deputy to carry out the responsibility of this position if the need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education : Associate's Degree or Diploma In Mechaical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Technical Qualification : Knowledge in the principles and applications of mechanics

Experience : Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.

Basic of Salary (sr:5884/month, plus provided accommodation, transport, medical care and 30 paid days every year with excursion tickets.contract will be married one which means that we will provide him, his wife and 3 kids every year excursion ticket
