Production Manager for Togo

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 25,000 - 30,000 P.A 

Position: 

Head of Production. The head of production will be a member of the senior management team

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring and implementing GMP compliant production processes for Large Volume Parenterals (IV solutions)
2. Establishing and implementing of required procedures and documents
3. supervision and training of production and packaging workforce,
4. cooperating with and support of quality management, purchasing and cost controlling.
5. establishing, coordinating and controlling of production schedules and programs,
6. ensuring health and safety guidelines,
7. ensuring cost effective production and packaging
8. supporting future growth projects (e.g. new product expansions).

Qualification:

1. Minimum of 5 yrs. relevant work experience
2. Knowledge of LVP production (ideally with Rommelag BFS machine)
3. Good communication and proven leadership skills
4. Fluent in English. French not necessary but would be a plus
5. Production/Formulation knowledge of paracetamol IV with BFS technology would be an advantage
