Quantity Surveyor for Doha, Qatar

Experience: 10 to 17 yrs.

B.E Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying & Management.

• Must have good communication skills
• Gulf experience preferred
• Must have worked in similar capacity in large scale projects.

Must be familiar with the following:

• FIDIC conditions of contract, ADR Techniques & Claims Management.
• Preparation of Cost Analysis
• Evaluation of Tenders.
• Quantity take-offs.
• Fluency in writing contractual and legal letters
• Preparation of BOQ.
• Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Certificates
• Identifying the variations and negotiate with the consultants.
• Checking & finalizing sub-contractors Payment Certificates.
