IT Manager for Oman

IT Manager who should have experience as Functional and Technical Consultation Microsoft Dynamics AX. This position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the correction in system along with the Partners and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP for the Company.

The IT Manager will be responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the system throughout the design, build and correction phases of the project. This includes system requirements, management of and direction to the partners and internal key resources, management of the implementation and transition process, thorough documentation throughout the project and the management of the training for new systems. The Project Manager will provide leadership to cross functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and quality criteria.

The ERP project includes implementing financial management system of Microsoft Dynamics AX at all business entities with consideration of the implementation requirements for the supply chain and logistics management system and field management system at one of its subsidiaries to ensure overall design efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead financial management system ERP implementation including, planning and organizing of the work, assigning tasks, directing activities, management of all solution partners involved with the entire ERP implementation (including financial, supply chain and logistics and field scheduling), ensuring required documentation is planned for and completed, controlling project execution, reporting progress and analyzing the results based on the facts achieved.

Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics AX) Desired Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with ERP software implementation preferably experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
• Understanding of ERP software implementation methodology across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
• Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise wide strategy
• Highly developed business acumen
• Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in an IT related field and/or Finance
• Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications, highly desired
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage large complex projects independently
• Strong understanding of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegates appropriately
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing set of complex projects
• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-directed, self-motivated
• Proven ability to Lead, Mentor and Guide team members
• Detail-oriented with strong analytically skills

Candidate Profile
