*SPOC for all engagements at Opco level.
* Will be the local interface for all Client communications with Technical, Business and Senior Management /CXO level teams at Opco Level.
*Perform periodic Governance reviews with Opco team
- *Manage & accountable for OpCo Operations,Local team,Project/Integrations/CRs ,Technical delivery issues relating to 24x7 operations.
*Support account management team and accountable for timely PO/Invoicing/ Payment.
*Review customer feedback with team
