*Selling the full range of company products and Solutions which includes Multifunctional Printers, Printers, Projectors , Digital Duplicators, Production Printing, Wide Format, Unified Communication System and Interactive Whiteboard
. Ensuring customers are charged the correct price for the service provided that supports revenue generation.
* Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segment * Daily visits to existing clients for finding their requirements, service issues if any & retaining maximum share of international business from existing clients
* Building up a strong pipeline of prospect base through cold calling, lead generation & through the concept of Sales Blitz & converting them into accounts through continuous follow up.
* Enhancing customer relationship and satisfaction levels.
* Responsible for increasing the Market share ,visibility & branding
* Management of new opportunities, including routine contact i.e. discern service concerns, forecast future Activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.
* Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals. Strategy development , Planning and Reporting
