Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Engineer in Oman

Designation: Maintenance Supervisor


8-10 years experience in HVAC system maintenance including VRF system. 

Qualifications: ITI/Diploma holder. 

Job Purpose: Maintenance of HVAC system 

Key responsibilities: 
Assessment of site condition, equipment condition, requirement of system maintenance.
Trouble-shooting Mechanical/Electrical for HVAC system
Knowledge of control wiring, piping and ducting installation including maintenance
Knowledge of VRF system, chiller system, DX system, split AC installation and maintenance
Testing and commissioning of VRF sytem, chiller and DX sytem, AHU, FCU.
Knowledge of log book maintenance for day-to-day problem and performance.
Knowledge of computer (excel, MS word)

Preference will be given to those who have also Knowledge of drawing and Building Management System (BMS).
Preferred requirements

Experienced ITI/Diploma holder expereinced in HVAC maintenance and related BMS, electrical, controls, and mechanical systems.
Basic knowledge in HVAC design/load calculations.
Essential requirements.
Designation: Maintenance Engineer - Oman (Trading & Contracting Company)

Job purpose: Maintenance Contracts Engineer (responsibility also as Applications Engineer and QS Engineer)
Experience: 8 to 10 years 
Key responsibilities: 
Study enquiry/tender documents from Clients and prepare quotations to Ministries and private clients
Quantity surveying
To check design of HVAC system especially for VRF system
Experience in carrying out HVAC maintenance jobs( VRF, chiller sytem, DX system etc)
Preferred requirements: 
Design of VRF system
Study of Drawings
BMS and control wiring knowledge and trouble-shooting
Essential requirements: VRF system design, installation, maintenance including chiller, DX units etc.
Qualification: BE Mechanical or Electrical
Additional qualification:
BMS & VRF knowledge
Assessment of jobs and preparation of tenders.
