I currently have a top opportunity for a Training Consultant (Management & IT Training) - Location: Saudi Arabia - Growing refinery with new greenfield projects and numerous plans of expansion, - One of the largest refineries in terms of production in Saudi Arabia and in the Middle East Position: -Training Consultant(Management & IT Training) -Experience in administer & arrange for the onsite training activities. -Should have Experience in administrating and on-going development. -Company Career Development System -Conduct benchmarking studies, surveys to CD, ELL/E-Learning. -Should have experience in coordinating and administrating CD programs. -Preparing and conducting training courses for in the field of management and IT -Must have 10+ experience in an industrial environment which includes: *Management Training *ELL *Career Development.
