Embedded Systems Project Lead for Japan

Work with the Japanese customer to understand the work scope, Proactive coordination between customer and offshore members, Participate in technical meetings etc. and gather information required to execute the tasks, Report the task status (in Japanese) in timely manner. 

Required Skills: 
5-10 Years of experience working on Linux based embedded system design, development & testing using C/C++ and Redmine and/or SVN tools 
2+ years of coordination experience in software industry 
Language Proficiency 
o Japanese: JLPT N1 or N2 Certified or equivalent. (Should be able to Read/Speak/Communicate via mail) 
o English: Proficient in English communication 
Capable of making business reports etc. in Japanese 
Capable for Reporting, Communication & Consultation to avoid ambiguities 
A Self starter 
Open-minded to international environment 
Capable to cope with ambiguous situation 
Experience of project management, process, work flows 

Preferred Skills 
Knowledge of Camera Image Sensor and Image Processing 

Min. Qualification 
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science
