Job Profile:
The Position would be responsible for involve supervision, grain management, reporting, purchase Management, stock/inventory management, maintenance supervision, assisting with equipment Procurement, recruitment of technicians, and other duties as assigned by management.
Grain Management
Run daily operations of facility, including grain supplies, intake, output and inventory levels;
Ensure industry standards are maintained at all stages of the conditioning process: intake, cleaning, drying and storage;
Maintain detailed budget on operations to ensure adherence to financial projections;
Maintain detailed weekly reports for intake, testing, conditioning and storage (inventory);
Lead and manage grain buyers during purchasing season & oversee maintenance technician;
Conduct interviews of maintenance technician and make recommendations to management;
Identify and locate sources for machine parts that typically need replacement/fixing;
Project management
Maintain relationship with equipment suppliers and maintenance team;
Form and maintain relationships with farmers, tracking their cycles and needs;
Maintain relationship with local administration, government and all other stakeholders;
Provide regular updates and make business development recommendations to Director
The desired profile will be Any Graduate/PG Candidate having 10+yrs. exp. in Operations of Grain, Pulses etc.
