Senior Buyers / Junior Buyers / Buyers for Saudi Arabia

Urgently required Design & Detailed Engineering Professionals for a reputed EPC Group involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Power Plant Construction Projects in Saudi Arabia.

EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
-Have technical knowledge of site requirements consumable equipment.
-Must be computer literate.
-Must be numerically proficient.
-3 to 15 years minimum experience

JOB OBJECTIVES: 
-Commit Orders on a timely basis
-Ensure that all documentation is approved during purchasing process.
-Be aware of project approved budgets for items being purchased and target achieving these budgets as a minimum.
-Assist in expediting materials to site if required.
-Ensure that all major orders for Projects are based on project approved payment terms.
-Assist in the preparation of the project procurement plan.
-Ensure full commitment to the implementation of the IMS Procedures.
-Prepare, issue and expedite inquiry packages.
-Review vendor bids and prepare commercial bid tabulations.
-Assist in the disposal of excess materials from the project. 
-Liaise with vendors in resolving disputed deliveries.

Desirable: 
Preferably procurement Diploma / Certificate
