- Responsible for daily operation of the Western production kitchen.
- Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen as per the HACCP standards.
- Follow health, safety and security procedures.
- Receive and store kitchen supplies
- Selected candidates will be provided by accommodation, Food, Travel, Medical and other perks.
- Hotel School or Culinary Certificate + 1 year experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a 4/5* international hotel chain
- Experience of Hot and Cold continental cuisine
- Consistency in preparation and presentation of dishes, Attention to details
