Logistics Supervisor / Transport Supervisor for Bin Arbaid Group, Qatar

Supervision of job functioning through drivers / helpers / labors.- Co-Ordination & Communication with Client for the day to day activities.
Preparation of Time Sheets for employees working under his supervision.
Co-ordination with Sub-Contractor if any, as per the instruction of his Superior.
Arrangement of Gate Passes for the employees / vehicles working under him.
Submission of invoices to Client through proper channel.
Assistance to follow up for the payment.
Maintain & preparation of day to day reports as required by Client / Company.
Providing TBT (Tool Box Talk) periodically to employees who are working under him.
Maintaining / keeping good relationships with Client.
Collection of fuel bills from drivers / operators and preparation of petty cash statement after verification the bills with delivery notes and log sheets and submit the same for further processing.
Reporting to MANAGER for his daily activities.
