MEP Supervisor for Sharqawi Company, Saudi Arabia

Facilities Supervisor Especially for High Rise Building:
Diploma Holder in Mechanical or equivalent.
6-8 years experience in same position is compulsory.

Supervises, evaluates and reports on the activities of all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks related to electromechanical systems (like HVAC, Communication System, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical Distribution, Power Fittings, Generators, Ventilation System, Access Systems, Plumbing System, BMS, FM200 etc.) and ensures their performance in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.

Coordinates with relevant Engineering Sections for timely and efficient service maintenance of all assigned building systems.
Coordinates closely with Client / Help Desk personnel in order to identify maintenance needs & actions as appropriate.
Checks various electro mechanical systems, identifies malfunctions and reports significant observations to attention of immediate superior for appropriate decision/action; follows-up technician as required.
Coordinates with subordinate operators and technicians on call-out attendance and work allocation.

Interfaces effectively on a day to day basis with all accredited suppliers & contractors to supervise, evaluate & report to client on project works related to the new installation works as required.
Reads & interprets diagrams/sketches to ensure accuracy of trouble-shooting & repair jobs
Updates, maintains, and ensures the accuracy of maintenance logs for assigned equipment or machinery.
Arranges for the deployment of technicians in order to promptly attend to urgent complaints.
