Sales Manager for Somochem Ltd, Uganda



      The job responsibility includes but not restricted to the following:-
      1) Develop business plan and sales strategy to ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
      2) Identifying and developing new customer accounts. 
      3) Develop strong and effective relationship with customers.
      4) Understand the competition, pricing, and sales tactics and develop appropriate sales strategy.
      5) Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
      6) Identify and present alternative Business Plan Solutions to meet defined new growth opportunities, together with recommendations.
      7) Handling a Team of Sales Officers 
      8) Monitor the performance of account receivables.
      9) Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
      10) Responsible for PSI 
      11) Maintaining and Updating customer databases
      12) Responsible for new Products developments. 
        1) Designation : Sales Manager - Chemicals (This is for our group company Somochem Ltd,Uganda)
        2) Desired Profile : Science graduate/post graduate in Chemistry, with about 7-8 years experience in selling of different types of Chemicals i.e bulk,speciality or commodity chemicals
        3) Person should be self-motivated, result oriented and smart and should be able to work independently.
