They are urgently looking for Visual Merchandisers (Apparels Retail) @ Nigeria

Common to All candidates:
Candidate must speak , read , write English fluently (absolute must)
All candidates should be from India & without any International work experience
Computer literate especially excel
All candidates should have worked with retail chains / Modern Trade / Shopping malls for garments
Self-driven & highly motivated
Should be ready to relocate at Nigeria
Must have valid passport
Candidates should know about Nigeria & will be asked at the time of interview.
Preference for candidates, who can join immediately
This contract of employment shall be initially for a period of two years commencing from the date you join your duty
Candidate must be on the same role in a retail organisation of repute. 

Job profile
Graduate with Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years with a large garments retailer
Candidates who have done PG Diploma in Merchandising will be preferred. 
Conceptualization & implementation of visual merchandising strategies in the store 
Planning the layout of various items that are stacked inside the store, in a manner that encourages greater customer interest and sales. 
Constantly coming up with new ideas for store design and layout plans. 
Interacting with customers to get a better idea about any changes that need to be made in the presentation of merchandise. 
Managing the inventory and deciding how many items need to be displayed and stocked at one particular moment. 
Coming up with new promotional ideas & marketing strategies in order to attract more buyers 
Ensuring that the environment within the store is welcoming, warm and ambient 
Ensure maintenance of floor standards as per KMP(key merchandising principles)
Set up the floor for all new stores as per the Standard Operating Procedures
Develop display material (fixtures, promotion collaterals and display stands) for requirements
Develop collaterals to support in-house promotions

Emoluments : Overseas salary + Local salary in Naira + Single ( Bachelor) status basic furnished shared accommodation.
