    ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR 
    • Preferred Academic Qualification Degree in Engineering Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Trade Certificate from any recognized technical institute.

    • Age 28 Yrs. Old and Above.

    • Experience - Minimum 8 years experienc e in an Industrial/Commercial Electrical / Electrical installation & Testing Commissioning /operation works.

    • Specific Industry Experience - Knowledgeable in different Electrical system in Industrial/Commercial sector. 

    • Knowledgeable in Electrical standard in Industrial/Commercial sector. 

    • A thorough understanding of Electrical safety rules and regulations.

    • Personal Competencies - A methodical approach to work and the ability to pay close attention to details.

    • Ability to work quickly and methodically.
                Team player.
    • Technical Competencies - Knowledgeable in different Electrical system in Industrial/Commercial sector. 

    • Knowledgeable in drawing reading & electrical technical calculations in Industrial/Commercial sector. 

    • Knowledgeable in all electrical measuring devices. 

    • Knowledge of health & safety standards in Industrial/Commercial sector                                              2.Site Supervision 

    • Know at all times the Project Schedule understand the allocated work load needed to be accomplished at all times.
    • Perform the operation as per the defined instructions, specification, standards or drawing at all times and keep track of the feedback provided by his supervisor to ensure maximum effectiveness in doing the operation.
    • Follow and be updated on the relevant quality policies and procedures.
    • Deliver the specific results / end product, as what is required and defined in the Project Scope, in order to ensure minimal reworks / breakdown of the system.
    • Work with utmost efficiency in delivering the work requirements.
    • Follow and be updated on the relevant quality standards, policies and procedures.
    • Adopt quality checks during work and report any quality problems or visible abnormalities immediately to the supervisor, to minimize the scrap, rejections and rework.   2.Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Compliance

    • Maintain the required standards of Safety and Housekeeping during the conduct of his relevant activity in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
    • Follow the Company Policies and Procedures on Safety and Health.
    • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the work area at all times.
    • Report any signs of unsafe working conditions to the superior immediately.

              3.Resource Utilization & Efficiency 
    • Provide the required deliverables within the defined resources provided in order to ensure the efficient utilization of resources.
    • Work with utmost efficiency in delivering the work requirements.

    • Maintain the required level of accuracy at all times to minimize or remove wastage.

      MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

        Person Specifications:

        Basic Academic Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

        Technical Certifications - Certificate in HVAC Technology or Mechanical Trade Certificate.


        Experience - Minimum 7-10 years experience in an Industrial/Commercial Mechanical / Installation & Testing Commissioning /operation works. Specific Industry Experience - HVAC Manufacturing Industry

        Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.


        Technical Competencies - Ability to read blueprints / technical diagrams of the different types of HVAC equipment and systems. Exposure to ISO Quality Assurance System and TPM/Condition Monitoring (Predictive Maintenance) is desired.


        2. LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES -

        Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Schedule Conducts daily visual inspection of all plant machineries and equipments to ensure they are all in good working conditions.

        Prepares Corrective and Preventive Machine Maintenance Schedules for all new equipment.

        Conducts daily inspection of the furnace and hot repair. Review the list of corrective and preventive maintenance on hand and allocates manpower based on urgency and criticalness of the job.

        Controls issuance of necessary spares from maintenance stores.

        Reviews and analyzes nature of breakdowns and discusses with the immediate head to initiate communications with the machine manufacturers.

        Discuses with the immediate head in case of problems in getting machines released for planned schedule.

        Site Supervision Supervises the works of the Plant Mechanical, Electrical and Utility facilities. Plans daily, weekly and monthly activities & monitors work in progress. Reviews completed work to ensure proper standards are completed for adequacy and satisfaction of operational requirements. Oversee Purchase Requisitions and authorize prior to submission to Manufacturing Manager for approval.

        Complete Engineering Department budgets within required time frames. Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Compliance Establishes safe working procedures in the area of responsibilities to keep the zero number of accident incidences. Explains safe working practices and conducts weekly safety meetings. Reviews natures of accidents and employee accident history and initiatives preventive actions. Resource Utilization and Efficiency Provide the required deliverables within the defined resources provided in order to ensure the efficient utilization of resources.

        Work with utmost efficiency in delivering the work requirements. Follow and be updated on the relevant quality standards, policies and procedures. Maintain the required level of accuracy at all times to minimize or remove wastage.


        SALARY OFFERED - 3300- 3500 SR
