- Provides management support and leadership for program evaluation and development and the successful implementation of programs.
- Provides academic progression support to students.
- Ensures the quality of academic instruction, academic staff and faculty:
- Participate in the hiring faculty and staff
- Teacher and staff evaluation
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Professional and Instructional Development
- Responsible for the implementation of the Strategic Plan and the Student Success Plan.
- Academic Calendar and Enrollment Management
- Ensure that all Academic Policies and by laws are maintained and emplemented.
- Represent the College at appropriate provincial College meetings as required.
- Provide support for the quality of teaching resources (in cooperation with the Academy)
- Must be willing to work in a contractual position (6 months to 1 year);can lead to full time position or renewable contract of 3 years
- Must be fluent in English (mandatory).
- Administrative experience, leadership, ability and capacity to organize and supervise the work of others.
- Experienced Candidates or Recently Retired Candidates can also apply
