CNC Programmer / CNC Operator for Selangor, Malaysia

Company is a Dutch owned fast growing international mechatronics manufacturing company based in Malaysia. The company specialize in high precision single piece components fabrication and low volume modules assembly. Our clients are Europe-based special machine builders from various industries that design and build high tech tech machineries and equipment

Core Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. to produce high precision parts of up to +/- 20 micron tolerance range.
2. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading job-sheets, mechanical drawings etc.
3. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.


Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum certification in mechanical engineering, or equivalent with good experience in machining.
2. At least 5-10 years of exprience in operating a CNC-Milling machines independently.
3. Experience in operating CNC-Machine brands such as OKUMA, DMG will be a great advantage.
4. Able to understand CAD/CAM and read complex mechanical drawings.
5. Good track record of work discipline is required and must be a team player.


Special Allowances :
1. OT - Normal day / Saturday (1.5 times normal hourly rate pay)
2. OT - Sunday / Public Holiday ( 2 times normal hourly rate pay)
3. Annual Bonus - 1.5 - 2 months of basic pay per year (only if candidate is perfoming)
4. Annual Increment - Depending on candidate's performance
Basic Requirements :
- We prefer candiddates from Kerala, Coimbatore & Chennai
- Candidates must have good written & communication skill in English
- Candidates must move overseas to Malaysia (State of Selangor)
