We are looking for Cost Control Engineer in Saudi


Job Profile : Cost Control Engineer

Salary       : 5000-9000 SAR

Education : Should be an Engineering graduate or Masters of Business Administration with specialization in Finance or an ACMA

Experience : Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Cost Controlling department preferably in construction field; Preferably should have GCC experience

Job Responsibilities  
• Understanding and comprehensive knowledge of construction Contracts, Budgeting and Expense Heads etc.
• Understanding and comprehensive knowledge of budgeting and ability to analyze balance cost to complete at any point of time of a projects
• Excellent Record keeping, Organizational skills, preparing reports for day to day inspections
• Knowledge of EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Familiar in prepartion of C1,C2,C3 level of cost scheduling
•  Excellent Communication Skills & Strong analytical skills; Proficient knowledge of Quality Management Standards
  
Candidate should be having an experience in Industrial (EPC) Projects under the Sub Contractors
