- Factory Manager (Factory/Plant Operation Manager)
The candidate we need must have the following criteria
Expatriate with Multinational experience in or outside Nigeria
With Factory Management background in a manufacturing company that produces personal care products and home care products ie, bath soap, toilet soap, laundry/detergent soap, shampoo & conditioners, shower gel, hand wash, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Engineering or other related field. Masters Degree is a plus
5-10 years operations/technical management experience
Lean Manufacturing experience (certification preferred)
Can direct Production and Maintenance Team
