Rotating Equipment Technician 

Qualification: ITI/Diploma, Training & certification from Rotating equipment manufacturer will be preferred.

Experience: Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries. 

Must have minimum 10 years of work experience as Rotating equipment Technician in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant. Must have Working experience & Knowledge in repair and overhauling of various rotating equipments (Multi Stage Pumps, Blowers, Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, Gear Box, Agitators etc.) Experience in Extruder gear box overhauling in any Poly-Ethylene plant will be an added advantage. Experience in dismantling and assembling of Compressor Dry Gas Seals will be an added advantage. Must have worked on at least 5 rotating equipment overhauls as hands on lead technician. Working experience in Shutdown and Turnaround will be preferred. Knowledge of rigging signal and basics in rigging work will be added advantage. Must be able to operate overhead cranes for removing & installing rotors / casings and other component

Rotating Equipment Supervisor 

Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma, Familiar with computer skills and report writing needed

Experience: Must have minimum 10-15 years of work experience in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant experience:

Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries. Plus more than 5 years as maintenance coordinator or supervisor. Rich experience and knowledge of codes, standards, specifications, drawings and maintenance practices Should posses strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi-craft supervision. Should have a thorough knowledge of different types of plant equipment. Must have a good knowledge and working experience in repair and overhauling of various rotating equipment (Multi Stage Pumps, Blowers, Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, Gear Box, Agitators etc.). Must be well familiar with various alignment techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Maintenance programs, practices and procedures is essential. Working experience in Shutdown and turnaround will be preferred. Must have good knowledge of lifting/ rigging practice.

Compressor Turbine Technician

Qualification: Diploma or Industrial Trade training Certification
Experience: Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries.
Must have minimum 10 years of work experience as Compressor/ Turbine Technician in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant. Must have Working experience & Knowledge in repair and overhauling of various multistage HP Centrifugal compressors (Horizontally spilt & Barrel type) of make GE-Nuovo Pignone, Mitsubishi, Dresser Rand, etc. Must have Working experience & Knowledge in repair and overhauling of various multistage Special purpose Steam Turbines (Condensing/ Back Pressure/ Extraction) of make GE-Nuovo Pignone, Mitsubishi, SIEMENS, ABB etc. Must have worked on at least 3 to 5 Compressor / Steam turbine overhauls as hands on lead technician. Working experience in removal and installation of john crane make dry gas seals on the compressors will be advantage. ? Working experience in Shutdown and Turnaround will be preferred. Knowledge of rigging signal and basics in compressor rigging work will be added advantage. Must be able to operate overhead cranes for removing & installing rotors / casings and other components of compressor and turbines
Rotating Equipment & Compressor Turbine Mechanical Foreman

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Training & certification from Reputed Compressor / Turbine manufacturers and certification on Dry Gas Seal Installation from Reputed seal manufacturers will be preferred

Experience: Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries.Must have minimum 10-15 years of work experience as Compressor/ Turbine Technician in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant. Plus more than 5 years as Rotating Equipment Foreman. 


Must have Working experience & Knowledge in repair and overhauling of various multistage Centrifugal compressors of reputed make such as GENuovo Pignone, Mitsubishi, Dresser rand, etc. Must have Working experience & Knowledge in repair and overhauling of various multistage Special purpose Steam Turbines (Condensing/ Back Pressure/ Extraction) of make GE-Nuovo Pignone, Mitsubishi, SIEMENS, ABB etc.Must have led overhauling teams involving major Compressor / Steam turbine trains during major Turnarounds/ shut downs. Must have good knowledge of lifting/ rigging practice of Compressor/ Turbine casings, rotors and other major components Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Oil & Gas industry
Production Assistant 
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent / Trade certificate in Chemistry/Chemical /Petrochemical discipline from a reputed institution. 
Experience: Should have minimum 3- 5 years work experience in petrochemical, Oil and Gas plant in operation field. 
Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries. Should have operation knowledge on exchangers, compressors, pressure vessels, tanks, Columns, Exchangers, Valves, steam system etc., have some knowledge in commissioning, shutdown / start-up activities. Be conversant with petrochemical plant Permit to Work system, safety standards and practices. Understanding of the hazards involved in the industry. Working experience in plant shutdown and turnaround will be preferred. Experienced in coordination with other discipline personnel, contractors on a dayto-day basis, to ensure that they are kept fully informed of the appropriate operational requirements and inputs on a continuous basis to ensure smooth execution of Turnaround activities. Familiar with piping and equipment purging, shut down, preparation and start up activities. Blinding and deblinding requirements

Mechanical Technician (Semi-Skilled Technician) 
Qualification: High School, ITI/Diploma
Experience: Must have basic knowledge of safety requirements in Oil & Gas industry. Minimum 5 years work experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant as semi skilled technician. 
Must have knowledge of basic tools and basic rigging. Must have experience in working in Rotary machines. Working experience in Shutdown and turnaround will be preferred. Typical Plant experience will be an added advantage
