Logistics Coordinator/ Sales Coordinator for Sharjah, UAE (1+ Year Experience)

    Designation: Sales coordinator / Logistics Coordinator

    Years of Experience: 1-3 years

    Work Location: Sharjah , UAE

    Reporting to: Manager Sales

    Key Roles and Responsibility:

    1. Knowledge of International Trade.
    2. Knowledge of LC, UCP 600, INCO TERMS 2010, International payment terms.
    3. Working knowledge of Export/Import documentation and procedure.
    4. MIS reporting
    5. Working knowledge on ERP.
    6. Prepare daily quotations to customer inquiries in conformance with the defined business strategy.
    7. Enter sale contracts and issue confirmations to customers.
    8. Engage existing customers by contacting via phone, e-mail or other to build rapport and drive new business.
    9. Research and identify new customers both in the Distribution and OEM market segments.
    10. Create basic customer profile for Traders to establish contact and explore business opportunities.
    11. Exercise good judgment when negotiating with customers and successfully book sales to maximize gross margin.
    12. Understand and apply sound risk management practices to provide customers with a variety of pricing options, while mitigating the associated terminal market and premium exposure, in consultation with Sales team.
    13. Collect and record market intelligence from sales activities.
    14. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of product lines.
    15. Investigate and resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies in conjunction with accounting team as they arise.
    16. Prepare and update contract status reports for customer orders.
    17. Monitor and consistently increase customer satisfaction
      Qualifications & Skills Requirement: 

      • Bachelors Degree required / Diploma in International trade.
      • Strong communication skill Hindi and English 
      • Ability to balance and manage multiple business development efforts.
      • Superior sales skills and customer resource management.
      • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
      • Highest level of personal and professional integrity.
      • Strong ability to analyze data to solve problems, understand technical issues and make effective decisions. Self-motivated and aggressive in pursuing and achieving objectives.
      Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. 

      Language Proficiency: English, Hindi 
      Salary: AED 2500- AED 3000
