Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities
Call Center Manager is responsible for managing call center operation of Hospitality business. Should be able to manager a team of 20-30 people. Should be well versed in voice, non voice process. Total experience 10-12 years out of which minimum 4 years as manager leading a team of 20+ people.
Role :
Manage the Inside Sales Representatives Team
Set up Customer Service Metrics for the team and Monitor the same
Suggest & Implement Improvements in the process
Recruitment of tele callers to expand team as needed by the organization
Training the new joiners to the team and mentoring team members to improve
customer service process and enhanced customer experience
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, distributing the workload evenly among staff
