Electronic Technician for Saudi Arabia (1+ Year Experience)

1. Brief Role:
Responsible to Schedules and coordinates work load related to electronics. Ensures that work performed meets quality standards and adherence to a variety of local building codes and completed on time and within budget. Interacts regularly with other supervisors, skilled trade employees, contractors and technical sta to perform his job efficiently.

2.Maintain and repairs the electronic equipments used in manufacturing facilities, such as printed color board (PCB), Electronic heating, Boilers & Conveying system etc..

3.Capable to repair frequency invertor for motor drive and servo motor drive control.

Trouble shooting, installing and improving the efficiency.

4.Knowledge of repairing communication equipments.

5.Participate in machine erection and re location of machine.

6.Maintain safety and quality standard.

7.Maintain section tools and equipments in good condition.

8.Fabricate necessary tools as per program.

9.Conduct and attend monthly preventive maintenance as per schedule.

KPIs
1.100% of equipment reliability.

2.Plant downtime. Annual maintenance budget / capital cost.

3. Percentage of planned jobs completed on time.

4. Mean time to repair (MTTR) for the filling head.
