Factory Managers and Machine Operators for South Africa

Our clients are a well-known group in East Africa and are setting up a new manufacturing unit of mobile phones and looking for Factory Managers and Machine (SMT) Operators

The Unit is based on SMT Machinery - hence previous experience in SMT Machine and Assembly Line is MUST.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The profile will be responsible for:

• Daily Production, Planning and Process Control
• Production Management, Quality Management, Process Optimisation
• Process production, line balancing and maintenance for SMT Lines
• People Management.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance

The desired candidate profile is:

• Minimum 7-8 yrs experience in SMT Machinery & Assembly Line
• Previous experience in the manufacturing of the mobile phone will be preferred.
• Experience in Electronic products through SMT Line.
• Willing to relocate to South Africa on Bachelor Status.
• Previous experience in setting up a new SMT Assembly Line will be an added advantage
