    Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities

    Drive annual HR programs such as performance reviews, promotions, succession planning etc. & track compliance and completion on the processes
    Identify talent needs, risks and gaps; Execute Compensation actions for the teams 
    Partner with business leaders to drive the workforce plan Effectively manage and oversee the entire HR life cycle of the employee
    Oversee and ensure all compliance are adhered & well within the expected timelines.
    Drive Employee Relations and ensure necessary employee connect and redressal of queries

      Any Graduates with minimum of 8+ years of experience in Management Position
      Proven work experience as a HR Manager.
      Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
      Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
