IT Application Analyst for Umm Al Qwain, UAE (Salary: $4000 USD/ month)

Designation: Senior IT Application Analyst

Location: Umm Al Qwain, UAE

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computer/IT/IS as specialization. 

Total Exp: Minimum of 5 years of application analysis and support experience.

Age: Less than 32 years 

Nationality: Any / Males Preferred (Candidates Should be currently based in UAE/ Gulf / Arab can only apply) 

Range of salary: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 + Annual Benefits

Skill set: 
• Excellent understanding of enterprise application architecture and service delivery models. Experience in supporting any of the core banking / card management / banking applications would be required. Having experience in supporting Finacle would be an added advantage. 
• The candidate must be aware of application security aspects and its impact. Should be experienced in user access management of applications. 
• Experience in handling the support cases in a high pressure SLA bound environment. ITIL process experience in an organization with more than 400 staff is preferred. 
• Experience with any helpdesk systems is required. 
• Experience in providing support to Banking solutions and the candidate must have banking business knowledge. The candidate should be well versed with banking business language to interact with business teams. 


• Should be able to understand the business and regulatory requirements of banking industry with respect to applications. The candidate must be able to translate these business issues / processes to technical requirements. 
• Should have understanding of technical architecture and be able to discuss with infrastructure and development teams in these matters. 
• Should have experience in various testing methods mainly from application / process point of view. 
• The candidate must have good presentation skills and should be able to precisely summarize the application support statistics / prepare reports as required. 
• Excellent written and oral communication in English is a must. 
• The candidate must be willing to work on multiple projects and operational activities. The candidate would have to handle 24 x 7 support requirements and should be available on call as and when required. Candidate must be ready to work in the night / holidays as per the situation in hand.
