Metalizer Executive

Responsible for the overall production process and planning to achieve the targeted output ensuring product quality in an optimal operation cost.

Production Planning and Control :- Responsible for overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule; Ensuring 100% production achievement as per plan; efficient utilization of the plant production capacity

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:- Responsible to undertake improvement and modification activities, Responsible to provide technical support to the inter units on all the products, Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and identify emerging problems and communication to related dept.

Product and Process Knowledge :- Able to implement the production schedule,
Taking immediate action during trouble shooting and ensure correction in the minimum possible time,Minimizing the Breakage of films in the production process

Production Executive

Responsible for production process and facilities to achieve the targeted output ensuring product quality in an optimal operation cost and managing shift operation of high speed Bruckner and Dornier BOPP or BOPET line. 

Production planning & Control:- Responsible for Planning , org. implement and control production schedules;Ensuring 100% production achievement as per plan; efficient utilization of the plant production capacity.

Quality Orientation :- Set product quality standards; Monitor quality standards of the products as per the customer specification.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:- Able to establish maintenance tasks based on predicted and / or measured failure rates thereby reducing instances of unplanned downtime.

Waste Management :- Develop waste Management strategies and ensures the regulatory requirements are complied

Executive - Electrical

Responsible for Operation and maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Distribution system.

Experience of managing shift operation for electrical maintenance of line/ slitter/ metalizer and utilities
