JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (ASSISTANT ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL)

Support Electrical Superintendent to manage contractors during construction activities.
Has adequate knowledge of Electrical International Standards, namely, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, API, NEMA, IEC related to Electrical Installation works and Area Classification requirements.
Assists engineering staff to correlate data; helps to perform basic calculations, assists in preparing comprehensive technical reports and miscellaneous reports .
Two year Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Projects.

2. BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsible for the review and maintain computers and computer programs used by the company and advise on ways to make processes more efficient.
Performs Business Systems studies within the areas served, and recommends improvements or enhancements to those Business Systems.
Provides required computer support to the department programs/projects by developing new packages or expanding software packages capabilities to add the programs/projects requirements. The job may include working with the vendors and software developers to troubleshoot, modify and enhance existing software packages to address the specific needs of the projects.
Provides the support and business procedures needed to maintain the integrity of data which originates within the department.
Acts as liaison between IT and business functions, to help build solutions that help the department operate more effectively and efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in closely related major.
Minimum of Eight (8) years project experience. Must be familiar with construction practices and materials, equipment.

3. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (MECHANICAL ENGINEER - PIPELINES)

Manage contractors during preparation of detailed design drawings, material specifications and procurement, and/or construction bid packages. Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
Expert in Specification for Stress Analysis, Pipe support specification/ standards. NMR and review vendor drawings. Review of IFC design packages in accordance with approved company standards. Job specifications for piping fabrication, inspection and testing, and Hydro rest, commissioning and start-up procedure for newly and exiting pipelines.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience in Construction project management in Oil and Gas Industries.
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering is recommended but not mandatory.
Has adequate experience to participate to handle EPC Construction projects.
Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Mechanical deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. for the construction.
Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.

4. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (MECHANICAL ENGINEER - ROTATING EQUIPMENT)

Has adequate experience to participate to handle EPC Construction projects.
Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Mechanical deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. for the construction.
Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.
Close interaction with other disciplined Members to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience in Construction Project management in Oil and Gas Industries.
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5. SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST (MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT - STATIC EQUIPMENT)

Has adequate experience to participate to handle EPC Construction projects.
Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Mechanical deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. for the construction.
Has adequate knowledge and experience with static equipment design installation and commissioning.
Ensures adherence to company procedures, specifications and guidelines.
Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.
Close interaction with other disciplined Members to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience in Construction Project management in Oil and Gas Industries.
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering is recommended by not mandatory.

6. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER)

Has adequate experience to participate to handle EPC Construction projects.
Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Control & Instrumentation (C & I) deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations, etc. for the construction.
Has adequate knowledge of C & I International Standards, namely, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, API, NEMA, IEC related to C & I Installation works requirements.
Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.
Close interaction with other discipline Members to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
Close interaction with EPC Contractor for testing, pre-commissioning and start-up activities during construction phase.
Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of related experience in Construction Management in Projects for Oil and Gas Industries.
B.S. degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent diplome is recommended but not mandatory.

7. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT)

Has adequate experience to participate to handle EPC Construction projects.
Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Electrical deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. for the construction.

Performing, Checking / reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Civil deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. for the construction.
Review and approval of all vendor documents, drawings.
Close interaction with other discipline Members to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience in Construction Project Management in Projects for Oil and Gas Industries.
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering is recommended but not mandatory. .

9. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEER)

Individual must have experience in process industry specialization in oil and gas sector with technical expertise in design engineering of telecommunication, fiber optic networks, process automation networks, wireless telecommunications, security system etc.
Familiar with Tetra radio communications, PABX, structured backbone cables, repeaters, communication towers, ISDN and ADSL internet systems, security and access controls. Have the capability to provide technical guidance on maintenance and installation works.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years of related experience in Construction Project management in Oil and Gas Industries.
B B.S. degree in in Electronics & Communication or Telecommunication engineering is recommended but not mandatory.
Excellent command of oral and written English.

10. COST ENGINEER (ESTIMATING ENGINEER)

Individual Must have strong estimating background in oil and gas industry.
Highly experience in any discipline, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation, telecommunication, civil and structural.
Familiar in upstream oil and gas process equipment
Knowledge in reading of all drawings, isometric, P&ID and general drawings.
Demonstrate understanding of estimating method that support the task request
Monitor and improve estimating performance through incorporation of actual cost feedback into future estimate
Provide assistance to other internal estimating engineer and project support in developing cost estimates and project cost review
BS degree in engineering with a minimum 9 year experience in estimating engineering in oil and gas business sector
Knowledge of different estimating tools and methods utilized by industry, Aspen Capital Cost estimate, Sage estimation and Microsoft office product

11. COST ENGINEER (COST ENGINEER)

Prepare, review and monitor cost/commitments/expenditures/forecasts for capital projects.
Collect and assist in monitoring, analyzing and reporting all cost information. Review and analyze all claims and change orders on the project contract.
Reviews and verifies the correctness of the Monthly Contractors Construction Progress Report as basis for their invoices.
Ensures the validity of invoice cost breakdown (Design, Materials and Labor) to be entered in creating the Release Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Entry Sheets of each invoice in SAP.
Prepares the summary Invoice Accruals of the Project.
Prepares other reports / inputs needed by the Department as required.
BS degree in Engineering or equiv. Minimum of Fifteen (15) years experience in Cost Engineering in Oil and Gas Industry Projects

12. FIELD COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Responsible to verify during the construction activity, that all Contractors comply with and adhere to the contractors HSE Project documentation and Company requirements.
A) Provides advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.
B) Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertakes surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Conducts and coordinates on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provides advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.
C) Performs construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations. Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepares written reports and recommendations.
D) Develops controls for identified hazards. Coordinates the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommends changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.
E) Prepares safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures. Directs or assists in the development of specialized education and training materials. Conducts specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard control information. Assists local management in new employee occupational health, safety and environmental orientation.
F) Participates in Safe Operations Committee meetings.
G) Reviews and analyzes injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and works with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
H) Assists management with monitoring adherence to department safety and environmental program by employees and contractors.
BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.
Must have Ten (10) years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or in the industry related to the position placement, e.g.,

13. SCHEDULER ENGINEER

Provide planning and scheduling support required in the execution of major capital projects.
Develop Project WBS (work breakdown structure) using the latest project planning and scheduling tools, eg Primavera.
Review and monitor schedule and progress submitted by contractors during detailed design drawings, procurement, and construction.
Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the company and with contractor organizations.
Deliver timely, accurate and sensitive project controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the project in relation to planned performance targets.
BS degree in engineering is required.
Minimum of Fifteen (15) of scheduling and planning experience Full Project life cycle experience Project experience related to: petrochemicals, refining, pipelines, infrastructure or power generation.

CONTRACT TERMS:
Attractive Salary package with Min 1 year renewable contract with increment up to 10 %
Salary in Saudi Riyal: Basic Salary (Decided by Client during interview) + 50% of basic salary as allowances for Housing, Food and Transportation
Work schedule would be 40/ 48 hours per week
There will be 1 end of contract paid leave for 30 days with return tickets to point of origin after completing 12 months of contract
Medical Insurance as per company policy
It will be a single status employment contract while if the employee wish to bring his family on his own expenses then company will support on the visa process and documentation
Other Benefits as per Saudi labor Law
Please note this is NOT a rotational contract but a 12 month renewable contract.
