Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator in Pragati Trading FZC, UAE

We are growing trading company in UAE. We are established here since 3 years & we deal in general trading products

We are looking for an experienced and well organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximise their performance and the solid and long lasting development of the company.


Responsibilities :


1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
10. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
11. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
12. Ensure adherence to law and policies.
  
Requirements  :


1. Proven experience as a sales executive/Coordinator or relevant role.
2. Proficiency in English
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
5. A team player with high level of dedication.
6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
7. Well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
8. Fast learner and passion for sales.
9. Self motivated with results-driven approach.
10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
