Job Details:
*Location: Dubai 
*Reporting to : Director-Sales
*Position: Sr. Marketing Engineer / Marketing (International/Export Business) 2 Nos.
*Qualification: Any UG/PG Degree 
*Age criteria / Limit: 35 to 45 years
*Gender : Male 
*Years of Experience: 8 to 15 years
*Salary : Best in the industry

Responsibilities: 
Establish Sales & Marketing Strategic in search of new business & market
opportunities and enhancement at assigned territory.
To participate in Sales & marketing activities mainly to develop new customers, to provide technical advice & support, and to maintain a good business relationship and services with new and existing customers.
Achieve annual sales target and profit margin by growing existing accounts and
acquiring new ones.
Expand market share and increase customer base.
To formulate and implement cost effective marketing strategies to meet company
objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Responsible for market development on new customer/potential customer as well as servicing existing customer.
Responsible for all marketing & promotional activities.
To establish & maintain close relationship with existing & potential customer.

Skills required:
Candidates having minimum 8-15 years of experience in the construction industry
and selling building products for a multinational company.
Experience in International Marketing.
Should possess excellent written / spoken communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience in working with Architects, Main Contractors & Developers.
Ability to Generate Marketing Strategies & experience in implementing them.
