Senior Lead Engineer (Hardware)

Develop Brushless DC motor control strategy, algorithms and validation plan for automotive electric oil pump application
Develop LIN/CAN/PWM communication and diagnostics
Study customers List of Requirements (LOR) and provide comments for feasibility study
Lead software development and verification based on ASPICE and ASIL requirement
Handle MBD based software development

6+ years of experience in software development in automotive products.
Motor Control experience will be preferred

6+ years of experience in software development in automobile industry.
Familiar with various DSP/MCU and related software tools (NXP MCU, Infineon MCU, TI C2000 DSP, ST MCU, Microchip MCU)
Experienced in Automotive products, be master of ASPICE and ASIL
Skilled at code version management tools like Subversion
Experienced in MBD based on Matlab
Sound knowledge of motor control, especially for BLDC/PMSM, both sensor and sensor less
