- HR Generalist responsible for all aspects of HRD including manpower planning, recruitment & training performance management, appraisals,C&B policies and staff welfare.
- Work closely with departmental heads and strealine onboarding and training.
- Deal with Government authorities, ministries, training establishments etc.
- Administrative and statutory compliance.

- Responsible for recruitment and post offer followup until onboarding formalities, visas, travel arrangements of new recruits and families of existing employees etc.
- Experience as a senior managerial resource in a Large multilocational organization is preferred
