Designation: Accountant

Jewellery experience is must

• B.Com. / M.Com 3-4 yrs of experience
• Experience of Tally 9 and Tally ERP or accounting software.
• Self motivated, focused, result oriented
• Strong Ethical Values
• Advanced knowledge of computer information and use of software applications like MS Excel 

His responsibilities & Duties would include the following.

1. Maintaining ledgers and accounts on a daily basis
2. Assistance in public relations, payroll & opening / closing monthly and yearly budgets.
3. Performing account reconciliations and general ledger entries. Passing of journal entries and purchase entries
4. Inventory management with our present software. Managing stock taking and inventory control with shop managers.
5. Vendor bill entry
6. Payment for creditors and receipt from debtors
7. Voucher prepared for expenses
8. Handling cash and introduce computerized proper accounting systems. Present system is manual bookkeeping and needs to be changed
9. Vendor management Related to debtors and creditors, bills and payment handling
10. Taxes - we have monthly as well as trimester and yearly income taxes.
11. Prepare IT filing and submission of the same after complete inform & deposit.
12. Prepare monthly financial statement and reports of Profit & Loss Account
13. Book Keeping
14. Any other liaison work as may be required to be done from time to time
